Waste management Act with its by-laws regulating the area of waste management. The waste producer is obliged to deliver waste to the person authorized for waste management, if it is unable to organize the handling of waste in accordance with the Law on waste management, as well as to keep records on waste generated, which will be submitted or deposited and to appoint a person responsible for waste management and to enable competent inspector control of locations, buildings, equipment and documentation.

The owner of waste or the manufacturer is responsible for all costs of waste management. The ownership of waste ceases when the next owner takes waste and receives the Document on the movement of waste, in accordance with this Law. The costs of disposal shall be borne by the holder (owner) who immediately surrender waste handling to waste collector or waste management facilities and / or the previous holder (owner) or manufacturer from whom the waste is.
